3 Easy Halloween Dinners You Can Put Together After Trick-Or-Treat

November 3 is National Sandwich Day and it's never too early to learn a few tricks to make sandwich dinners fun for kids. There are numerous ways to make sandwiches creative but filling and nutritious at the same time. All it takes is a little bit of imagination and a few minutes in the kitchen. 


Halloween Worm Sandwich (The Peach Kitchen)

This Halloween Worm Sandwich from The Peach Kitchen is the perfect example of how an ordinary sandwich can be transformed into a fun dinner with just a few cuts and a bit of imagination. Make this worm sandwich extra spooky by adding brown barbecue sauce or a dollop of green mustard dressing.

  • 8 Chicken Hotdogs
  • Hamburger Buns

Easy Mummy Pizza Sandwich (Nerdy Mamma)

This Easy Mummy Pizza Sandwich by Nerdy Mamma is another cool number to prepare for your kids. With just four ingredients, this spooky homemade pizza is so easy to pull off, your children can even help you prepare it. You can also make pesto or white sauce versions for variety.


  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese (or muenster, LOL!)
  • 1 black olive
  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce (or ketchup, if you’re desperate)

Chicken Sandwich Monsters (Like Mother, Like Daughter)

Like Mother, Like Daughter has a filling and delicious sandwich called Chicken Sandwich Monsters. It's basically chicken patty sandwich with cheese cut to look like teeth and olives on top that resemble monster eyes. A little ketchup on the cheese teeth will up the spookiness level of this sandwich!

Ludy's Kitchen Cooking Tip:

When making sandwiches, add lettuce last minute so that it would still be fresh and crunchy when consumed.


Make cooking a lot easier and more enjoyable by using good quality silicone baking mats. Not only are silicone mats sturdy and durable. Because they're non-stick, you can also cut your clean-up time in half.
