Chinese Fried Rice (Rasa Malaysia)

This Chinese Fried Rice recipe from Rasa Malaysia is anything but bland! The rice is made flavorful with eggs, vegetables, fish sauce, soy sauce and pepper. What makes this unique is the lap cheong sausage which gives it a nice, savory and distinct flavor.

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Fried Rice (Gimme Some Oven)

Gimme Some Oven has a Fried Rice recipe that features a confetti of flavors, textures and colors. Rice is mixed with butter, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, and mixed with a melange of carrot, peas and onions. Feel free to add in protein like chicken, ground beef or fried tofu.

  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided

Vegetable Fried Rice (The Roasted Root)

Vegetable lovers would surely adore this Vegetable Fried Rice recipe from The Roasted Root. It's filled with a lot of vegetables, it's almost like warm salad, which is good especially for those who are trying to avoid too much carbohydrates or are trying to load up on fiber.

  • 1-1/2 cups uncooked brown rice

  • 3 large eggs well beaten and scrambled


  • Chopped roasted peanuts

Make cooking a lot easier and more enjoyable by using good quality silicone baking mats. Not only are silicone mats sturdy and durable. Because they're non-stick, you can also cut your clean-up time in half.
