Ludy's Kitchen Cooking Tip:

Make sure to bring tortillas to room temperature before using them. Cold tortillas easily tear when folded and rolled, resulting in burritos with cracks.

Make cooking a lot easier and more enjoyable by using good quality silicone baking mats. Not only are silicone mats sturdy and durable. Because they're non-stick, you can also cut your clean-up time in half.

I’m not big into sausage. What is a good replacement? I love the sound of the first recipe though. Would be cheaper than buying the frozen ones.
