  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 tsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Organic All Purpose Flour

A Million Moments has a recipe called No Bake Key Lime Pie in a Jar. The crust layer is basically a graham cracker crust, while the cream is a heavenly mixture of cream cheese, condensed milk, Greek yogurt and of course, key lime juice. The whipped topping on top makes this dessert divine!

"This recipe is super easy to whip up and makes around 4 servings." 


  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 can condensed milk (around 7oz)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • key lime juice to taste – this is up to you! Some people like more tart, some people don’t. Just pour until you get it right!

Ludy's Kitchen Cooking Tip: 

When packing pie jars for a picnic, be sure to close the lids tightly and place the jars in a cooler with ice packs. This is particularly important for pies that have dairy in it.

Make cooking a lot easier and more enjoyable by using good quality silicone baking mats. Not only are silicone mats sturdy and durable. Because they're non-stick, you can also cut your clean-up time in half.
