Ludy's Kitchen Cooking Tip:

Want to take advantage of garlic's health benefits the best way possible? Cut garlic 10-15 minutes before cooking! This would release garlic's enzymes that react with oxygen and allow it to develop before being exposed to heat.

Make cooking a lot easier and more enjoyable by using good quality silicone baking mats. Not only are silicone mats sturdy and durable. Because they're non-stick, you can also cut your clean-up time in half.
