Ludy's Kitchen Cooking Tip: 

The key to keeping strawberries fresh and free from mold is to store them in a cool place without much moist. You can do this by placing washed berries in an air-tight container lined with paper towels and pop in the fridge. This will allow the strawberries to stay fresh for up to a week.



Make cooking a lot easier and more enjoyable by using good quality silicone baking mats. Not only are silicone mats sturdy and durable. Because they're non-stick, you can also cut your clean-up time in half.
