Today's Easter Sunday 2016 recipes are all about flavorful roasted vegetables that will surely make your celebration more festive this year.

Roasted vegetables is a versatile side dish that would complement any hearty entree, but it's very good on its own as well. It also scores very high in the nutrition department.
