Broccoli Recipes That Actually Taste Good Even For Non-Veggie Lovers

At first glace, broccoli may not seem appetizing for some, especially for kids. But never underestimate this dark green clumped Spring vegetable as it is packed with nutrients and antioxidants.

There are a thousand ways to introduce broccoli to kids - and to kids at heart who are not very fond of this vegetable.

One delicious recipe is the Roasted Broccoli Grilled Cheese published by Maria and Josh in Two Peas & Their Pod. The recipe is typically a grilled cheese sandwich the flavors of which are amped up by roasted broccoli.

If you're a creamy soup lover, this Roasted Broccoli + Cauliflower Soup by Laurie McNamara of Simply Scratch will make you swoon! The roasted flavors of broccoli and cauliflower duo is paired with smokiness of bacon. Everything is embraced by the richness of cream and white cheddar.

Broccoli is delicious with cheese, as proven by the above mentioned recipes. But if you want a lighter dish that is also tinged with more wholesome cheesy goodness, then a simple roasted broccoli recipe with Parmesan cheese would suit you best.

Leigh Anne of Your Homebased Mom has a good recipe for roasted Broccoli that would let you appreciate its natural flavors, enhanced by the nuttiness of Parmesan cheese and pine nuts.

TIP: Using silicone baking sheet when roasting vegetables will make it easier to take them off the baking pan.

Know someone who's yet to be a broccoli fan? Sharing is CARING! :-)
