This M&M's Easter Cookies Recipe from This Gal Cooks is such a joy to look at - pastel-colored dots floating in simple, buttery cookies! This recipe is fairly easy to whip up. It's your regular cookie recipe made cuter. And because it has Easter candy, this cookies will naturally make you think of Spring.

Ludy's Kitchen Cooking Tip: 

When making cookies, be sure to soften your butter first. Butter must be soft enough and cool to the touch, but not too soft that it's already melted. 

Make cooking a lot easier and more enjoyable by using good quality silicone baking mats. Not only are silicone mats sturdy and durable. Because they're non-stick, you can also cut your clean-up time in half.
