Extremely Good Coconut Cookies

Coconut is a favorite among cookie lovers. It's surely comforting to munch on little treats with a unique coarse texture and yummy sweet flavor that's unmistakably coconutty.

If you're fond of baking, it's a great idea to invest in a set of silicone baking mats. Not only will you avoid unevenly-baked cookies; with these reusable and durable mats, you won't need parchment paper every time you bake.
