Fresh Fruit Desserts That Are Healthier Than Your Usual Sweets

Some people aren't fond of having fresh fruit for dessert, and would rather have rich, creamy puddings as a sweet treat to cap off a meal. But let us tell you - it's possible to have a yummy dessert with all the healthy goodness of fresh fruits.

Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bark Recipe (Courtney's Sweets)

Courtney's Sweets has a recipe called Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bark which is so refreshing and healthy! It's basically frozen chopped fruits in Green yogurt. The best thing about this recipe is that it's so easy, even kids can make it. Plus, since yogurt goes well with any fruit, you can choose any fruit combination your family likes.

"What’s great about our frozen yogurt fruit bark is we can actually use whatever fruit we like! We love fruit and always have a ton on hand. This recipe is great if you buy the larger containers of yogurt and have some fruit that needs to be used up."

Fruits are good sources of vitamins and nutrients. Be sure to incorporate at least one fruit in every meal - be it a banana for breakfast, or an apple for a snack.
