What could make a green salad even healthier? A dose of healthy dressing, of course! With all its health benefits, adding garlic to your dressing will definitely give your immune system a boost.

Creamy Garlic Dressing (Everyday Salads)

This Creamy Garlic Dressing from Everyday Salads is a yummy recipe to make for a family who loves creamy salad dressing. The recipe calls for avocado oil, but you can easily swap it for extra virgin olive oil if it's not available in your local grocer. The flavors of this salad dressing is somehow akin to honey-mustard dressing, both ingredients present in this recipe as well.

"This salad dressing goes well with a chicken burrito Salad bowl or a Cobb salad.  You can always make this salad dressing vegan too, just sub the honey for agave, and it is dairy free with no substitutions."

  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
