National Baking Month: 3-Ingredient Biscuits For Dinner This Week!

It may be too easy to grab a pack of biscuits from the grocery shelf, but there's a few things more satisfying than indulging in homemade biscuits still warm and toasty from the oven!

Imagine getting a pan-full of sweet-smelling biscuits fresh from the oven, waiting to be smothered with butter or jam. Just the thought of it makes us drool!

Baking yummy biscuits at home may seem troublesome, but believe it or not, all it takes are three ingredients. Read on, choose a recipe you adore, and get ready to bake this National Baking Month!


3-ingredient Coconut Oil Biscuits (Gimme Some Oven)

Just like most biscuits, this coconut oil biscuits is made by cutting in the flour and coconut oil before mixing the crumbs with liquid, in this case, milk. This is soooo simple yet so good!

  • 2 cups self-rising flour, store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (solid, not melted)

3 Ingredient Garlic Cheddar Biscuits (Two Twenty One)

The great thing about this recipe is, it's so packed with yummy flavors, you wouldn't believe that it only takes three ingredients to make this. Your family would think you slaved away in the kitchen to make these babies, when all it would really take you is 15 minutes to whip up this recipe!

This is another simple biscuit recipe sure to amaze everyone at the table! If your family likes biscuits that are a bit on the sweet side, it may be a great idea to brush honey on top of the biscuits on the last five minutes before you take it out of the oven. Perfect!

  • ¼ cup shortening
