Grilled Cheese might just be the cure-all solution for stressful days at work and school. It's a filling and tasty afternoon snack and just it's guaranteed to melt away your stress just like the gooey, creamy cheese that comes from within.

No wonder, this all-time favorite sandwich has its very own month-long food holiday. April is National Grilled Cheese Month and it's the perfect time to appreciate this simple and yummy treat.

It's never too late to learn the classic grilled cheese recipes and how to do it right. It's quite amazing how two pieces of bread, cheese and butter, and just the right amount of heat can transform ordinary ingredients into a perfect orchestration of salty, savory, cheesy, buttery, toasty goodness.
