Colorful Bell Pepper Pasta Salad (The Healthy Foodie)

  • ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp zaatar
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Make your pasta salad extra healthy by sprinkling it with some healthy, toasted nuts. Put nuts on a non-stick baking sheet and pop in the oven. When you start to smell the aroma of nuts, you'll know it's ready. 


Make cooking a lot easier and more enjoyable by using good quality silicone baking mats. Not only are silicone mats sturdy and durable. Because they're non-stick, you can also cut your clean-up time in half.
