1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup Nutella

1 large egg

She Knows suggests using a freshly-opened jar of Nutella for the recipe instead of using a stale jar that has been open for a few days or weeks. Using new Nutella will result in softer cookies with smooth texture all throughout, and without lumps or hard grainy parts that could effect the mouth feel of the finished product.

3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut butter is a comfort food for many. That is why this recipe from Chaching! On a Shoestring will be a hit in many homes. The best part is, with only three ingredients, it might just be the easiest kind to make on this side of the planet!


1 cup peanut butter 

1 cup sugar

1 egg.

The cookies are bake at a 350 degree oven for not more than 8 minutes for a soft batch. You can also add in a handful of peanuts or other kinds of nuts if you want your cookies chunky!

1 1/4 cup almond meal

2 large, overripe bananas, mashed

1/4 cup smooth nut butter of choice

(optional: 1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips)
